Corporate Visits

4 to 8 weeks for most visits. High-demand companies like BYD and Huawei require 6 to 8 weeks. Large delegations of 20+ need 8 to 12 weeks. We sometimes accommodate 2 to 3 week requests but options are limited.
From $280 per person for a half-day showroom visit; from $480 for a full-day factory and HQ program (groups of 8+). Combined multi-company programs start from $680 per person. All prices include interpreter and ground transportation.
Factory Visits
Electronics and tech (Shenzhen), automotive and EV, textiles and garments (Shaoxing and Guangzhou), food processing, medical devices, and furniture (Foshan). Plus factory inspection and supplier sourcing services available across all industries.
Typically 2 to 3 factories per day. A high-level sourcing visit allows 3 factories; a detailed quality audit is better at 1 to 2 per day. We design the schedule around your objectives and route factories efficiently to minimize travel time.
A factory visit is an accompanied tour with interpretation — you see the facility and assess capabilities firsthand. A factory inspection is a formal audit conducted by certified auditors against specific standards (ISO, AQL, BSCI etc.), resulting in a written report. Many clients combine both: visit first to assess fit, then commission a formal inspection before placing orders.
Canton Fair
Canton Fair 2026 Spring runs approximately April 15 to May 5, and Autumn from approximately October 16 to November 4. Both sessions are held at the Pazhou Convention Complex in Guangzhou, China. Each session has three phases covering different product categories.

Most business visitors use an M visa (business and trade) or F visa (exchange and visit). China has expanded visa-free access for many nationalities including France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Netherlands, Switzerland, and others. The 144-hour transit visa-free policy applies in major cities. Check with your local Chinese embassy for current requirements — these policies update frequently.
