Monthly Group Tours — FAQ
Yes — monthly group tours are specifically designed for individuals, pairs, and small teams who want premium corporate access without organizing a private group. You'll join other international professionals with similar interests, typically 6–12 participants per departure. Single occupancy hotel rooms are available for a supplement.
Each month's specific companies are confirmed 4–6 weeks before departure based on access availability, but the theme and approximate composition (e.g., June = AI & Technology with Huawei, DJI and AI ecosystem visits) is fixed and reliable. We provide the confirmed company list in your pre-trip briefing pack 2 weeks before departure.
Included: company visits, interpreter, 4-star hotel accommodation (double/twin occupancy), ground transportation, daily breakfast, and selected group meals on visit days. Not included: international flights, visa fees, travel insurance, personal expenses, dinners on free evenings, and single occupancy supplement (where applicable). We provide a fully itemized breakdown when you reserve.
Contact us via WhatsApp, email, or our contact form with your preferred month and number of participants. We'll confirm availability and send a booking confirmation with a deposit invoice (typically 30% of total cost). The balance is due 30 days before departure. Spots are confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis as groups are capped at 12.
We require a minimum of 4 confirmed participants to run a monthly tour. If a departure does not reach minimum numbers, we will notify you at least 3 weeks before departure and offer either a full refund, transfer to a different month, or conversion to a private tour at an adjusted price. This has been rare in our 13+ years of operation but we want you to know the policy upfront.
